While it may not be possible for you to attend all activities, please try to visit some of the activities and view the DeMolay Memorabilia, and do attend the Anniversary Luncheon on Saturday noon, November 24, 2001.

REGALIA. Active and Senior DeMolays should wear coat and tie and DeMolay Regalia, including for example, pins, rings, cordon, medallions, past officer jewels, RD Ribands, etc., and may attend all activities.

ATTENDANCE OF FREEMASONS. Freemasons who are not Senior DeMolays should wear coat and tie and may attend all activities.

LADIES AND GUESTS. Ladies and guests may attend all activities designated above as “Open to Parents” and "Open to all." Ladies who have DeMolay Sweetheart pins and/or Medal of Appreciation should wear them.

DEMOLAY MOTHERS. The International Supreme Council permits the non-Masonic parents (both father and mother) of an initiate to attend all meetings of the Chapter. On this occasion the mother of a DeMolay who is a Senior Member of the Order may attend the initiation! This is the opportunity for the mother of an Active or Senior DeMolay to see the ceremony that initiated her son into the Order of DeMolay.

DEMOLAY MEMORABILIA. DeMolay memorabilia will be on display throughout the Anniversary observance, which is open to you and your family. The memorabilia collection is increasing as each decade goes by. Plan to attend and be reminded of these memories.

CHAPTER CYCLOPAEDIA 5TH EDITION. The new 6th Edition of the Chapter Cyclopaedia is now on- line at albertpikedemolay.org, and is updated monthly. There will be a printed commemorative program of the 80th Anniversary. The Cyclopaedia contains additional materials on the Elmer J. Reese/Highland Hills Chapter No. 2843, which Chapter was organized in 1958 and was merged into Albert Pike Chapter on April 30, 1983.

YOUR ASSISTANCE IS REQUESTED. While we have a large mailing list of Senior DeMolays, your assistance is requested in spreading the news to those who you know are DeMolays. Do not expect that they received this notice. They may have been overlooked. We may not know how to contact them. You may know Senior DeMolays that we do not know. Please give them a copy of this notice. Better yet, contact us at the phone numbers at the bottom of the reverse side of this document and we will send them a notice. A reunion is only successful if you will assist in telling others about the reunion.

ATTENTION - SENIOR MEMBERS OF ELMER J. REESE/.HIGHLAND HILLS CHAPTER NO. 2843. This reunion is for you also. Your Chapter was issued Letters Temporary on October 1, 1958, was instituted April 28, 1958, Chartered April 11, 1960, its name changed in 1974 and was merged into Albert Pike Chapter on April 30, 1983. The Chapter did not demise! It still exists as a merged entity into Albert Pike Chapter No. 58. The Chapter Cyclopaedia online includes materials devoted to the history and records of the Elmer J. Reese/Highland Hills Chapter. The records are incomplete and hence the Chapter Cyclopaedia needs your assistance in being updated and completed. Please go online at albertpikedemolay.org.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND. If for some reason you cannot attend, you can still secure a copy of the Chapter Cyclopaedia by going online at albertpikedemolay.org, and printing and /or viewing the same.

PATENTS AND MAJORITY CERTIFICATES. Regrettably, a number of Senior DeMolays did not receive their Patent of Membership, their Majority Certificate or their Lifetime Membership Card. These are available for distribution at the 80th Anniversary and you are encouraged to be present to at least pick up these items if you have not heretofore secured them.

50, 60, 65, 70 and 75 YEAR MEMBERS. If you are a 50, 60, 65, 70 and 75 Year DeMolay, please advise us of the date of your initiation on the blank at the bottom of the reverse side of this document and the Chapter in which you were initiated so that we can try to secure for you the appropriateYear Membership pin and certificate. The cost for all pins and certificates is $10.00 except the 75 year pin and certificate which is $30.00 because the pin includes a stone. Send your check made payable to Albert Pike Chapter if you desire the appropriate year pin and certificate. Deadline for same is November 1, 2001. We have one 80-year member, Wilfred Albert Fischer, a Charter Member initiated at the age of 16 on June 30, 1921.
