history of the Chapter and its appendant bodies is taken
from the Chapter Cyclopaedia, initially published
for the 40th Anniversary of the Chapter in 1961, updated
and published for the 50th Anniversary
in 1971, the 60th Anniversary in 1981, the 70th Anniversary
in 1991, the 75th Anniversary in 1996, and the 80th
Anniversary in 2001.
Hard copy editions of the Chapter Cyclopaedia have been
superseded by this website which is being updated constantly
herein. Any errors or additions should be brought to
