| In November
1932, seventy-five mothers met in Chicago and organized the International
Council of Mothers. Each DeMolay Chapter was encouraged to have
a Mothers Circle. The Advisory Council of a Chapter may
organize a Mothers Circle. The Mothers Circle of Albert
Pike Chapter No. 58 was organized in April 1936. The purpose
of a Mothers Circle is to cooperate with, and assist the
Advisory Council of the Chapter in promoting the welfare of the
Chapter and its members, to serve the Chapter, and strengthen
the interest of the members of DeMolay and their aims toward higher
standards of thinking and living, and to provide the things which
only a mothers interest and womans hand can accomplish.
