An individual who has been duly elected to membership by a Teocalli but has not received the Artisan degree. The Coate must have conferred upon him the approved “short form” obligation within thirty (30) days after notice of election. He shall immediately be reported to Supreme Teocalli accompanied by the appropriate initiation fee. The Coate has one (1) year from the date of receiving the “short form” obligation to receive the Artisan degree or shall be dropped from membership in the Order of Quezalcoatl unless a request for dispensation has been granted by the Supreme Teocalli.
